Thank you for shopping with Amouraé. We are committed to ensuring the quality of our garments and your satisfaction. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.
Returns & Refunds
Amouraé does not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind. All sales are final. Headwear is strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges on eligible items. To qualify, the item must meet the following conditions:
• The request is made within 7 days of receiving the order
• The item is unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging
• Tags remain attached
• A valid proof of purchase is provided
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at amorae07@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the matter and advise you on the next steps. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Exchange Process
To request an exchange, please email amorae07@gmail.com. If your exchange is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to return your item. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Shipping Information
Amouraé offers reliable and timely delivery for all orders Australia-wide. We charge a flat rate of $9.95 for standard shipping on all orders under $100. Orders over $100 are eligible for free standard shipping, automatically applied at checkout. An express shipping option is also available for $14.95 should you require faster delivery.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days and dispatched with tracked delivery via our trusted courier partners. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier network demand.
We kindly ask that you ensure your shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase, as we cannot take responsibility for delays or losses due to incorrect information.
